Is Delivery Free?
Delivery is £2.99 to a UK Mainland Address. Exception to this rule are our boots, they will be charged at £4.99. Additional costs occur for overseas deliveries. Please see Delivery Charges and Returns.
How Long is Delivery/Despatch?
Despatch is usually made within 3-5 working days.
What does low in stock mean?
Low in stock means we have a limited availability of the style so it may not be available. We will email if we cannot honour the order.
Why has only one pair arrived?
We despatch items on order as soon as stock is available to us. This may mean that a multiple order can arrive later.
Can I have a delivery to an alternative address/person?
Delivery to an alternative address/person can be processed as long as the billing address to which the card is registered is verified through our payment gateway Sagepay. Our website provides both billing and shipping fields to fill out.
Do you ship overseas?
We will ship overseas however we will charge postage. The postage tariff is available to view once you place your items in your basket. European orders should be received within a maximum of 20 working days. Any European claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 20 working days from despatch. For the rest of the world orders should be received within a maximum of 25 working days, and claims will not be entered into until after 25 working days from despatch. We do not pay the postage costs of returns.
How do I return unwanted items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its orginal unworn condition and we will refund the product price but not the postage price.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
Can you return unwanted items to store in person?
Of course. You can return any unwanted items for a full refund within 14 days. You must bring proof of purchase with you.

For this reason we offer a 14 day returns policy, unlike our 7 day return policy in store. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.
