We send our products out by Royal Mail. A signature is required with every parcel, if you are not available to leave a signature a card will be left letting you know where to pick your parcel up from/how to arrange another delivery.

In order to maintain our high standards of customer service, all our products are manually checked for faults before they are sent. In some cases the shoe may have been on display, especially during sale when items are displayed on racks in our store. We do have a rigorous quality checking procedure which ensures the products we are dispatching meet the high standards that our customers expect.
