We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), although most are dispatched the following day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We send our products out by Royal Mail and Hermes depending on their size. A signature is required with every parcel, if you are not available to leave a signature a card will be left letting you know where to pick your parcel up from/how to arrange another delivery.

To make sure your parcels are delivered in time for Christmas please order in good time of the last Christmas posting dates below. Please note, all orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched that day, excluding Saturday and Sunday, orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.
In order to maintain our high standards of customer service, all our products are manually checked for faults before they are sent. In some cases the shoe may have been on display, especially during sale when items are displayed on racks in our store. We do have a rigorous quality checking procedure which ensures the products we are dispatching meet the high standards that our customers expect.
