NOTE:  We only deliverys every 2-3 days during Lockdown, so there maybe longer than normal delays on items being processed.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), although most are dispatched the following day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We send our products out by Royal Mail and Hermes depending on their size. A signature is required with every parcel, if you are not available to leave a signature a card will be left letting you know where to pick your parcel up from/how to arrange another delivery.

Please note: Delivery costs are none refundable.

The following delivery options are available:

Collect in store – Free.
  • Collect at your convenience from our Bury store.
  • Please note that when you collect in store, this does not mean your items are available to collect when the order is placed.
  • An email will be sent to you as soon as the order is ready to pick up.
1st class delivery - £4.99 
  • Aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, including Saturdays.
  • Additional items ordered at the same time will cost £1 extra for each item.
2nd class delivery – £3.99
  • Delivery within three to five working days after dispatch, including Saturdays
  • Additional items ordered at the same time will cost £1 extra for each item.
Delivery to the EU - £13.99 
  • For every extra item purchased an additional £6.99 will be added to the postage cost.
Delivery to the rest of the world - £24.99
  • For every extra item ordered an additional £9.99 will be added to the postage cost.



 Due to increased demand on Royal Mail and restrictions surrounding Covid-19 please allow plenty of time for posting as they are experiencing delays.

The latest recommended delivery dates from Royal Mail (not guaranteed by us) for delivery before Christmas are;  Wednesday the 16th of December for 2nd class delivery and Friday the 18th of December for 1st class delivery. Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch. 


In order to maintain our high standards of customer service, all our products are manually checked for faults before they are sent. In some cases the shoe may have been on display, especially during sale when items are displayed on racks in our store. We do have a rigorous quality checking procedure which ensures the products we are dispatching meet the high standards that our customers expect.

In the unfortunate event that a parcel goes missing via Royal Mail, please take note of the following terms (UK only): It is not possible for us to enter a claim for lost parcels with Royal Mail until:

  1. 10 working days after the due date, the due day being the next working day after posting for 1st class only.
  2. 10 working days after the due date, the due date being 3 working days after posting for 2nd class only.
